V&D, a chain of department stores in the Netherland, uses two origami models for their Easter sales campain. They use a bunny and a flower. I don’t if they’re traditional models or if someone designed them.
I remember the website of Joseph Wu who was hired by a Dutch publisher to design different kinds of things for (I think) newspaper ads. One of the designs he had to made was a crumpled piece of paper. He wrote the following on his website: “This ball is crumpled from a single uncut square. I suggested that they could crumple a ball themselves, but they wanted to defer to “the artist.” Who am I to argue?” ^^.
